In line with the updates to the HHG Consumer Protection regulations, the FMCSA has issued revised versions of the “Rights & Responsibilities” booklet and the “Ready to Move” brochure. Note that the updated rules now require that BOTH documents be provided to the consumer when you furnish a written estimate, either as printed copies or via hyperlinks on your internet website.
